What we did
● GrantMasters HQ built a prototype task management tool (JIRA) on EXCEL, for seamless collaboration between projects and communications team, improving productivity for cross-functional teams.
● Implemented an SOP (standard operating procedure) to curb excesses, reduce work errors and improve internal communications for excellent and timely task completions.
● Project Coordination: Led communications for a team of 7 on a $35,000 funded project by the German Missions/Embassy in Nigeria, managing stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of digital and print assets.
● Supervised and created key grant documents for the organization such as; applications, concept notes, expression of interests, request for proposals (RFPs), company profiles, etc.
